Goodman More

Goodman created the Goodman Mais program, whose main objective is to offer quality technical education and allow the inclusion in the labor market of young people from socially vulnerable families. Come with us on this journey.

We seek to create solutions that benefit our customers today and in the future, while also focusing on delivering sustainable returns for our investors. We believe that sustainability is our responsibility and we choose to work with people and organisations that think this way. This is one of the reasons we have partnerships with institutions around the world that seek to make a difference for those in need, through the Goodman Foundation. Goodman Foundation works with partner institutions that work with publics in situations of social vulnerability and supports NGOs with financial support, fundraising volunteers, donations reciprocated by employees and special support in spaces or purchases of critical items.

The Goodman Mais program's main objective is to provide quality technical education and enable the inclusion in the labour market of young people from socially vulnerable families.

The program provides a complete and multidisciplinary formation of the participants, through three axes: Technical Course, Personal and Professional Development Course and Mentoring Program.

We are looking for young people between 16 and 22 years old, with a high school diploma or with a high school course in progress (from the second year on) who are highly interested in extending their education to the environmental area, and thus start their professional life.

At the end of the program, participants will receive an Environmental Technician diploma and a diploma of participation in the “Goodman Mais” program.
